Our client needed final due diligence and acquisition integration support. We worked with our client to validate the final working capital component of the purchase price. Our diligence led to a decrease in the final purchase price. After the transaction date, we worked with Management to integrate the acquisition’s business and financial processes. Financial statement close and performance reporting processes were enhanced. Based on our finance and accounting expertise, we designed and implemented business processes and internal controls aligning the subsidiary with the practices performed by the parent company.
